Original Documents Are Returned On the Spot
Original certificates (Birth Certificate, Aadhaar, previous marksheet) are examined solely for spot verification and returned to parents immediately, with the exception of the original Transfer Certificate (TC) which is retained in the school records as mandated by CBSE bye-laws.
Foundational Stage: Nursery, LKG, UKG & Class I
Original Birth Certificate
Issued by Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat (Original + 2 self-attested photocopies).
Child’s Aadhaar Card
Photocopy with valid updated demographic information.
Parents’ Aadhaar & Identity Proof
Self-attested photocopies of both mother and father’s Aadhaar cards.
Recent Passport-Sized Photographs
4 colored photographs of the child and 2 of each parent/guardian.
Medical Fitness & Blood Group Report
Signed by a registered medical practitioner / pediatrician indicating immunization status.
Residential Address Proof
Electricity bill, ration card, or registered lease deed in parents’ name.
Preparatory & Middle Stage: Class II to Class VIII
Original Transfer Certificate (TC) / SLC
Issued by recognized school, countersigned by competent Education Officer / CBSE if moving from out-of-district/state.
Previous Year’s Original Marksheet
Official annual report card from previous academic session.
U-DISE+ Permanent Education Number (PEN)
Official PEN number generated by the previous school on the National U-DISE+ portal.
Child’s Aadhaar Card
Photocopy and original for single-window spot verification.
Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
Issued by Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) for reserved category record compliance.
4 Passport-Sized Photographs
Recent studio-printed student photographs in standard white background.
Secondary Stage: Class IX
Countersigned Original Transfer Certificate
Mandatory countersignature by respective Board / Block Education Officer.
Class VIII Final Cumulative Mark Sheet
Detailed report card with internal assessment grades.
CBSE Registration / Migration Details
Previous school registration slip for CBSE OASIS portal transfer.
Student & Parents’ Aadhaar Cards
Self-attested copies matching exact birth certificate details.
Affidavit for Academic Gap (If Any)
Notarized undertaking if there is any hiatus in student’s academic continuity.
